One of the key strengths of Code Blue is our volunteers. They are the lifeline of the organization and without our volunteers, we would not be able to successfully provide a safe and warm environment for our guests.
In addition to an extensive background check, our volunteers undergo robust training regarding safety protocols, policies, and procedures. Training topics include Guest Expectations, Maintaining Expectations, Repercussions, Safety Protocols, and Shift Responsibilities.
Volunteers are needed for four (4) shifts per night. Here is a brief description of what should take place during each shift.
